If you become a client, the scope, price, timeline, deliverables and liability for that project are set out in a separate Website Development Agreement (or equivalent signed contract) that we provide you — where the two documents conflict on project-specific matters, that signed agreement takes precedence.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our client dashboard or any restricted area of this site.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from this site by automated means without our written permission.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or overload our servers.
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact form.
We may suspend or restrict access to this website, or any part of it, at any time without notice, particularly to protect the security or integrity of our systems.

Ownership and licensing of work we create fora client as part of a paid project — a website, its code, designs, and content — is set out in that client's signed agreement, not in these general terms.
4. The client dashboard
Our client dashboard is a restricted system for AMZ Trend staff and, where relevant, authorised client contacts. Access is via individually issued credentials and must not be shared. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Our free tools
Tools on this site, such as the SEO Checker, are provided for general informational purposes and rely on third-party data (including Google's PageSpeed Insights API). We give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability, and results should be treated as a general indicator rather than a definitive audit.
